HOW TO INCREASE THE IQ (Intelligence Quotient)

This day, I was wondering on how I as a Christian can increase my Intelligence Quotient. So I had to as GOD that question, and here is the reply I got. Join me so we both can walk through this teachings of the LORD. I do not want to keep it to myself, so lets learn together.

Bible text: Ephesians 1:16-19, 23
Introduction
The human has the God given ability to increase the brain’s rate of remembering things. The truth is that all human are intelligent but, what makes you really intelligent is to what level you have been able to use the brains capabilities. There are billions of neurons in the brain with more than 70% of the neurons yet to be connected whether you are intelligent or not, we often find ourselves doing things (e.g. seeing movies, playing games, playing football, doing exercises, reading, sleeping, etc.) that energizes the brain and keep the neurons in a ready state to connect and to do work but, we fail to use the brain in that ready state, we tend to use the brain when it is really tired.
Note:  1. What you know is a function of how many connections the neurons of           your brain have made.
2. What you can remember very well is a function of how strong the       connection between the two neurons that are involved is.
I had discovered this challenges that the humans face especially students and have taken the time with the help of the Holy Ghost to uncover the possible solution to this challenge which is; increasing the IQ.
If you are having this challenge as a student, knowing fully well that the examination period is close, it will be really important for you to follow the instructions below to achieve a better performing brain:
1.     Learn to trust your brain: As humans we tend to entrust the brain with only little information and even with the information being few, we still do not trust the brain to be able to remember them. Just like it takes time to completely trust a friend; it takes just a little while to completely trust your brain. Learn to believe your brain has done what you asked it to do. The scripture says “as ye believe, so shall it be given thee”.
2.     Try making new neuron connections everyday: There are still billions of neurons yet to be connected. Try to connect one to two, two to three, etc.
3.     Revise the things you already learnt: Revision enhances stronger connections.
4.     Create imaginary images while learning and studying because images are easily brought to memory than words.
5.     Carry out memory exercises 2-3 hours every day to know how much you can recall things.
6.     Have it in mind that using images to learn leads to understanding while using words to learn leads to cramming.
7.     The brain never forgets anything: Most people think the brain forgets things but, it does not, what matters is the strength of the connection between the two neurons involved. This means that you will have to tell the brain, what is important to remember and what is not important.
8.     Do exercise: Exercises position your brain in an agile state, so doing it gets the brain ready to learn.
9.     Eat brain foods: e.g. food containing proteins, groundnut, supplements etc. enhances the brains capability.
10.                        Play games or see movies for a little while just to give the brain something exciting to do.
11.                        Fast: Scientific study shows that staying without food especially the morning hours puts the brain in its most ready state to learn but, the devil (Matthew 4:3-4) through your body will always make it look as if without food you will give up the next minute, to the extent that some of us brag about how we do not joke with our food.
12.                        Stop anything that has to do with porn: We have some false teachers going about saying that porn and its relatives have no harm on us but, under this study and with the help of the Holy Ghost, we came to discover that neurons connection for porn becomes stronger while the other connections become weaker. The Bible warned us of this effect (Philippians 4: 8)
13.                        Sleep when you should and do not sleep when you should not: The first thing to do is understand yourself , what works for you and what does not work for you, know when best to sleep and when to stay awake. Study shows that the best time to sleep is between 9-10pm at night and the best time to read is very early in the morning at about 4:30am
14.                         Ask our heavenly Father for increment in brain utility and for the spirit of excellence (Proverbs 1:20-24)
Conclusion: There is nothing impossible with God, take your time out and ask the Holy Ghost to work and walk with you through the instructions.

Hope you really learnt something new. maybe you might want share an experience with me too ?
